7 November 2022. Just Group plc (the Company) announces...... an invitation to holders of its outstanding £250,000,000 9.000 per cent. Guaranteed Subordinated Notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS1504958817) (the Notes) to tender their Notes for purchase by the Company for cash (the Offer). The Offer is being made on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the tender offer memorandum dated 7 November 2022 (the Tender Offer Memorandum) prepared by the Company for the Offer, and is subject to the offer restrictions set out below and as more fully described in the Tender Offer Memorandum.
