"Fastighets AB Balder (publ) (the "Offeror") has today launched an invitation to the holders of the outstanding EUR 500,000,000 Callable Floating Rate Notes due June 2023 (ISIN: XS2353018141) issued by Balder Finland Oyj (the "Issuer") and guaranteed by the Offeror (the "Notes") to tender any and all of such Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash, subject to the terms and conditions described in the tender offer memorandum dated 21 November 2022 (the "Tender Offer Memorandum") (such invitation, the "Offer")."
