"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Bondholders convened by the Issuer will be held via teleconference (using a video enabled platform) on 13 September 2023 at 10.00 a.m. (London time) (the Meeting) for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Extraordinary Resolution which will be proposed as an Extraordinary Resolution in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed dated 11 May 1998 as supplemented by the first supplemental trust deed dated 13 October 1999 and further supplemented by the second supplemental trust deed dated 15 October 1999 (the Trust Deed) made between the Issuer and BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited (the Trustee) as trustee for the Bondholders and constituting the Bonds."
