NEW YORK, April 2, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – FTAI Aviation Ltd. (NASDAQ: FTAI), a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company” or “FTAI”) is announcing today that Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (“FTAI LLC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has commenced an offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase for cash any and all of the $650.0 million outstanding principal amount of its 6.50% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “2025 Senior Notes”) on the terms and conditions described in FTAI LLC’s Offer to Purchase, dated April 2, 2024 (the “Offer to Purchase”).
