Metso Outotec Corporation (the “Offeror”) has today launched invitations to the holders of the outstanding EUR 300,000,000 1.125 per cent. Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”) issued by the Offeror (the “Offer”) to tender any and all of their Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash.
