"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer to the Noteholders and the Certificateholders in accordance with Notes Condition 13 (Notice to Noteholders) and Certificates Condition 11 (Notice to Certificateholders) that objections have been received from the relevant threshold of Class A Noteholders in relation to the Issuer’s proposal on 18 September 2023 to amend the Master Definitions Schedule in order to effect certain amendments as described in the Previous Notices (as defined below) (the "Proposed Amendments").

1. We refer to the initial notice to the Class A Noteholders and the initial notice to the other Noteholders and the Certificateholders dated 18 September 2023 (the "Previous Notices"), which set forth the Issuer’s proposal to:

1.1 amend the Master Definitions Schedule; and

1.2 enter into a deed of amendment to effect the Proposed Amendments (the "Deed of Amendment").

2. Under the Previous Notices, it was specified that if holder(s) of 10% or more in aggregate Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class A Notes (the "Relevant Threshold") object to the Extraordinary Resolution within the relevant timeframe specified in the Previous Notices, such Extraordinary Resolution will not be deemed to have been passed by the Class A Noteholders.

3. The Issuer hereby confirms that objections to the Proposed Amendments have been received from the Relevant Threshold of Class A Noteholders as at 4.00pm (London time) on 28 October 2023.

4. Accordingly, the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Previous Notices has not passed and therefore the Proposed Amendments and the Deed of Amendment will not be implemented or entered into at this current time.
