"26 April 2023 – Credit Suisse International (the "Offeror") announces that it has today launched an offer to purchase for cash, at a price to be determined pursuant to a modified Dutch auction, Notes (as defined below) issued by the Republic of Ecuador (the "Issuer") subject to satisfaction or waiver of the New Financing Condition, the Maximum Aggregate Consideration Amount and the Maximum Series Acceptance Amount (each as defined below) and the other conditions described in the tender offer memorandum dated 26 April 2023 (the "Tender Offer Memorandum")."
